Eastwood - west side of 82 Street and north of 122 Avenue
Bylaw 10066 (June 10, 1992)
To establish a Site Specific Development Control District to accommodate low rise apartment housing consistent with the regulations of the RA7 District and to allow the development of a Health Services Use, with development regulations designed to ensure that future development will be compatible with surrounding uses.
This DC5 District shall apply to Lot 18, Block 28, Plan XCIV located on the west side of 82 Street and north of 122 Avenue, Eastwood.

a. | Residential uses shall be developed in accordance with the regulations of the RA7 District (Section 210) of the Land Use Bylaw, except that the minimum site area for residential uses shall be 696.7 m2 (7500 sq. ft.) and the minimum site width shall be 15.24 m (50 ft.). | ||||||||||||||||||||||
b. | Health Services shall be developed in accordance with the following: | ||||||||||||||||||||||

c. | Signs shall be allowed in this District in accordance with Schedule 79B and the general provisions of Section 79.1 to 79.9, inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw, except that no freestanding or portable signs shall be allowed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
d. | Development in this District shall be evaluated with respect to compliance with the General Development Regulations of Sections 50-79 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
e. | The Development Officer may grant relaxations to Sections 50-79 of the Land Use Bylaw and the provisions of the District if, in his opinion, such a variance would be in keeping with the general purpose of this District and would not affect the amenities and enjoyment of the neighbouring properties. |
