Rural South West - southeast corner of 141 Street and Ellerslie Road
Bylaw 13750 (June 7, 2004)
To establish a Site Specific Development Control Provision to allow for the development of a funeral, cremation and internment facility, having specific site development regulations that will ensure compatibility with the adjacent cemetery site and future surrounding land uses.
This DC2 Provision shall apply to a portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 24-51-25-W4M, containing approximately 1.75ha, located on the southeast corner of 141 Street and Ellerslie Road, Rural South West, as shown on Schedule "A" annexed to the Bylaw adopting this DC2 Provision.

a. | The site shall be accessed from 141 Street SW by a service road, as shown on Appendix I. | ||||
b. | The maximum floor area shall be 1. | ||||
c. | The minimum development setback shall be 5.0 m from all property lines. | ||||
d. | The maximum building height shall not exceed 14.0 m nor four storeys. | ||||
e. | No parking, loading, storage trash collection, outdoor service or display areas shall be permitted outside designated areas. Loading storage and trash collection areas shall be located to the rear or sides of the principal building and shall be screened from view from any adjacent sites, public roadways. in accordance with the provisions of subsection 55.4.4 of this Bylaw. | ||||
f. | Any business premises or multiple occupancy building having a floor area greater than 3,000 m2 or a single wall length greater than 25.0 m visible from a public road shall comply with the following criteria: | ||||

g. | All mechanical equipment, including roof mechanical units, shall be concealed by screening in a manner compatible with the architectural character of the building or concealed by incorporating it within the building. |
h. | Signs shall comply with the regulations found in Schedule 59F. |
a. | All storage, display and parking areas shall be hard surfaced in accordance with subsection 54.6(1) of this Bylaw. |
